We believe you should always be in control of your data. If you no longer wish to use ORBIT, you can permanently delete your account at any time directly from the app. This page explains how, what happens to your data, and a few things to keep in mind before you proceed.
To permanently delete your account, follow these steps:
Log in to your account.
Click on your profile image located in the top-right corner of the screen.
From the dropdown menu, select "Settings".
Navigate to the "Account Settings" tab.
Locate and select the "Delete Account" option, then confirm.
When your account is deleted, the following information is permanently removed from our systems:
Certain records may be retained where required by law or for legitimate operational purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.
Once your account is deleted, you will lose access to all associated data and will need to create a new account to use ORBIT again. Please make sure to download or transfer anything you want to keep before you continue.
